正好相反, 副詞最高級通常以不加the為主
不過加the也可以.

形容詞最高級則要加the, 不是特定時則加a.
如它前面有所有閣格, 則不可加the或a.

most當副詞時,意思是"最"的話
前面應加上"the"
e.g. I like eating apple the most
而不是I like eating apple most

意思是我最喜歡蘋果

它說當most後面"只"接副詞,才不用加the

又提到省略了the的是informal
