我打去信用卡公司卻發現他們跟信用卡公司請款, 我又email確認, 最後又說取消付款和歸還付款是二回事, 好不容易取消了請款.

現在又來了個mail (最下面)

我覺得是惡夢一場, 因為我沒仔細看的費用後面是"/mo" , 所以一刷就是一年的費用
立刻分別收到Spokeo和Identity Force的email, 結果沒有啟動帳號, 沒幾秒鐘就取消付款,
他們很快的回覆我payment cancellation.

但隨即又來個30天免費試用mail, 寫的密密麻麻的, 我很努力在讀著裡面的敘述, 發現如果我沒在30天內取消就會charge費用. 我又立刻取消. 他們也很快回覆我如上面那封mail.
更新 3: 但隔幾天後, 我打去信用卡公司問, 他們說並沒有取消, 而且隔一星期後他們又來請款,
我又mail問我不是已經cancel the order了, 為何跟我的信用卡公司charge費用呢?
他們回我沒有....結果在網路上, 我找到創辦人的email add. 我寫mail問他
他沒回我, 又把mail轉給公司裡的人,
更新 4: 我問到最後卻是 You were still charged because canceling does not lead to an automatic refund. You would have to request for the refund separately.
Since you did mention about a refund, I have gone ahead and contacted a claim specialist for you.
更新 5: You have been approved of a full refund of $35.40. Just allow up to 5 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account.上星期四好不容易跟信用卡公司確認他們已取消請款了, 但今天又收到Identity Force的mail.....真是快瘋了!

等二星期後我再打電話給信用卡公司, spokeo已經來請款, 我沒有立刻找負責的人,
就email再問spokeo, 之後才告訴我You were still charged because canceling does not lead to an automatic refund. You would have to request for the refund separately.

一直在玩文字遊戲, 真是夠了@@

11/16 Identity Force才又發了我第一次問題中的第2封mail, 所以覺得怎麼又來了!? >

我會這麼緊張是因為這個月的帳單上(11/2結帳)有這筆款, 在他們說要5個工作天才能退還. 我等了一個星期再打去信用卡公司, 他們確認後, 說我這期繳款這筆就自動扣除.

但11/16又來最後一封信, 才讓我又好抓狂 = =
希望惡夢已結束了~~
