when "full" used as a verb, it has no meaning of "滿的". I think you mean "filled",
but if so, it needs to follow with "with", not "of". Just for your reference !

"滿滿的", this kind of expression is unique in Chinese, and we use lots of them. It really help to emphasize our expression. I think, this is the beauty of Chinese. However, In English, there is NO such kind of expression. Therefore, it dis hard to catch that "double" effect in English.
