英文高手請進~if和whether何時可替換?急~~~~

能不能請英文高手告訴我If和whether到底什麼時候可以互換???還有所謂主詞、受詞、補語位置的話要怎麼分辨???請詳細、清晰的告訴我......感激不盡!!!!

關係子句的關係代名詞什麼時候才可以用why或where或when呢???

    If和Whether都是yes-no問句的間接問句時使用兩個基本上意思相通，都是”是否”的意思但在以下狀況不能使用if1.問句的最後有”or not”的時候 Ex Can you tell us whether he is a good guy or not?2. 問句的最後有” to V”（名詞片語）的時候3.if當”如果”.帶領副詞子句.則要用現在式代替未來式 Ex Please call me if she comes tomorrow.if當”是否”.帶領名詞子句.則要用未來式代替未來式Ex Please tell me if she will come tomorrow. Ex I want to know if she will come tomorrow.4.whether當”無論”.帶領副詞子句.則要用現在式代替未來式 Ex I will buy SJ’s CDs whether they’re expensive or not.whether當”是否”.帶領名詞子句.則要用未來式代替未來式Ex I am not sure whether the weather will be fine tomorrow or not.

    倆個都可以互相替換。

    Can you please tell me if you're coming to see me later?

    Can you please tell me whether you're coming to see me later?

    倆個呈現的意思都一樣。
