英文的"縮小範圍"該怎麼說呢???

我可以用在哪裡....或者如何使用呢??

有沒有一些固定的用法可以告訴我.....感謝各位大大!!!

縮小範圍 = narrow down the _ or narrow it down

if i'm doing an experiment, i ended up with many results/possibilities, i can say, "i need to narrow down the results in order to get a more accurate solution"

or if you're doing a survey on "how many people eat mcdonalds a day" you can narrow down the research by only asking people that are teens, elders etc

or if someone ask you what do you think about their essay

you can say, "perhaps you can narrow it down by eliminating some unneeded phrases"

"縮小範圍"的翻譯還是要看上下文才好翻得準確。例如：narrow down the field

用法：Master princess has narrowed down the field to those 22 and younger. 公主大師已經將範圍縮小到22歲以下的人選.
