    在文章中不管你姓氏要用外國式還是中國式表答都不用加逗號.

    一般外國文章中提到中國人都是用中文直接翻因此姓氏在前

    例如: 馬英九是Ma Ying-jeou 陳水扁是Chen Shui-bien

    至於大小寫姓氏一定是大寫. 第二個字也是大寫最後一個字則常是小寫

    除非是像胡志強宋楚瑜有英文名才會用Jason Hu以及James Soong把姓氏放後面.

    Project Administrator Wang Xiao-ming

    文章中第一次提到職稱跟姓名後可以直接稱Mr. Wu與Mr. Wang無須使用職稱. 原則上職稱像來擺前面, 除非文章架構文意等因素才會將職稱擺在兩個逗號之間.

    我認為意見欄裡提供的用法係不正確的.

    I saw many articles mentioning Asian names where last and first are not easily identified usually used

    If you watch English news, you will hear "President Obama". In Chinese, we say "馬總統". Now, you shall know which way is the right way !

    in your case, since the title is kind of long, then it is better to place the name first as:

    Wu,Da-Wei, the Chief Executive Officer

    Wang,Xiao-Ming, the Project Administrator

    There is NO SET way to do this. It really depends upon how you use the title.

    Say, instead of using Chief Executive Officer, if you only use Chief, then you can say Chief Wu. The point is to make your saying clear.

    Like in College, you will address your teacher as: Professor DSG, or you can say

    DSG, the associate professor. Hopefully, you got my point. Actually both master 26535 and mine.
