    No, you CAN NOT have "a", "an", or "the" in front of "one hour" or "two hours". However, in some situation you can, for example:

    This is an one-hour trip.

    This is a two-hour traing course.

    The three-hour speech is too long.

    Here "one-hour", "two-hour" or "three-hour" is used as an adjective. Pay attention that "two-hour" or "three-hour" has NO "s" at the end.
