1 set is enough for 1 day - 4 are way too many.

    3.pact. treaty. contract. agreement

pact: an agreement between nations, organizations, or individuals. May be done openly or secretly. Less formal than "treaty".

treaty: an agreement, typically only used in a formal and open way, between sovereign nations.

contract: a legal agreement between groups (or individual) that can be enforced legally by certain jurisdictions.

agreement: a general term for any parties, formal and informal, openly or otherwise.

I will give you a bonus answer below:

accord: an agreement between nations, organizations, or individuals. Typically used to resolve a past issue. For the agreement for future actions, "pact" and "treaty" are used mostly.

    4.congress. parliament

Congress - the legislative body of a nation, mostly used in a republic.

Parliament - the legislative body of a nation, mostly used in a monarchy state.
