In this sentence, the key point in determining the tense to use in the main sentence "Nikko Printing...." is "After current order has been filled".
Although it uses "have been filled" (present perfect tense), but it also use "current order", it means:
The person who makes the statement is at the present time, and the order has NOT been filled yet. That means, it will be in the future to fill the order.
With the above saying, we know we have to use " future tense" for the main sentence, because whatever event mentions in the main sentence will happen after the order is filled:
After current orders have been filled, Nikko Printing will discontinue the production of its BW-500 film and introduce a new black and white film.
the reason it uses "and introduce" is because it has omitted "will" like "and (will) introduce.
