Well, at least you are in the right track, asking this question in English. That's a good sign.
First of all, using English in your daily life. Try to talk in English to your classmates, friends, or family members who willing to support your intention.
Secondly, modify your TV channel-setups. Keep those English-speaking channels, such as, Travel and Living, Discovery, Disney, National Geography, Animal Planet, etc. and erase the others Chinese-speaking channels. Turn TV on when you are at home. You don't need to "watch" but to "listen". And that's it. Just listen. You might be frustrated by those English speaking programs. But don't you worry, try to experience the tempos, accents, or tones from conversations or news-reporting you've heard. Try to imitate the way you've heard and use it in your study. For example, you can read out loud when you read some English magazines. You can record your own read-out and listen the recording. Compare and see what's the differences between your speaking and TV speaking.
Finally but least, you have to learn to "think in English". It just like a switch in your brain. When you engage a conversation with some foreigners, your brain will switch to English-speaking mode automatically, your English, therefore, would be perfectly intact. As the result, the conversation will be much like a table-tennis game, fast and fun. On the other hand, if you try to translating your answer from Chinese to English all the time during a English conversation. The conversation will be less interesting.

practice"Think in English" needs long time practice. Avoid Chinglish. Keep some basic sentence patterns in minds, and practice them in all kinds of conditions. Make sure you can use these patterns in the right time and right place.

People can always listen what they are able to speak, but might not speak what they can listen, so we need to speak it out loud while we are practicing listening comprehension.
Come over, and practice in no time.
