It is NOT always the same even when they both mean "只有":
1. when "only" uses to modify (describe a noun, as an adjective),
"just" is NOT synonym:
He is my only brother
That was the only time I ever did that
The above two example sentences, you can NOT replace "only" with just"
2. when "only" is an adverb, then "just" usually a synonym:
I only (just) want to ask a question.
but NOT always
He only calls when he needs something.
If you replace "only" with "just", it changes meaning.
sometime the function of "only" is ambiguous, then "just" can be possible to replace "only"
I only have one brother = I have only one brother.
the above two sentences, is "only" an adverb or adjective?
If it is an adverb (I only have one brother), then you can say:
I just have one brother (?=) I have just one brother.
If you read "I have just one brother"carefully, you can tell it has change the meaning sightly.
In a word, "just" can only be an adverb, but "only" can be both adverb and adjective, therefore, you have to be careful to use them.

yes, it does have some difference, after all, one is used to describe "have" and the other is used to describe "one brother". This is why I said when it is AMBIGUOUS.

However, the difference is NOT as obvious as when you replace "only" with "just".參考資料： internet and self

I only have one brother ≠ I have only one brother.
Unless he is the only sibling you have, the verb SHALL precede "only".

這兩個詞作副詞表示“僅、只”可以換用，並且都放在它們所修飾的成分之前。 只是just 所"表達的意思比較隨意", 而only含有強烈的"獨一無二的意思"。
I have just finished my housework.我剛剛做完了家務。
Thomas was an only son of his parents. 湯姆是他父母的獨子。
