Hey Paul, When we say "fresh", it means "never frozen" before.

河豚,您的翻譯機壞了嗎?"上選"不應該是top choose嗎? 你怎麼變topless了?參考資料： jim

I do think Paul's saying is most clear.
Considering the typical process after butchery in the states.
While you're talking to an English speaker about "溫體肉 'it hardly can be realized
if you just call them "fresh".
A butcher won't call his frozen meat not fresh, right?

Choose temperature back leg meat
Warm thigh meat

in English, the equivalent would probably be "non-frozen"

I don't think it is legal to have 溫體pork in US.

I worked for a major packing company (in Randolph St., Chicago) and never knew any one is US selling "fresh".
Unless you hunt your own wild hog, it is hard to see it fresh in US.
I tried it in AZ and they are very smart and fast. I would rather do tom birds than hogs.
