戚風蛋糕

材料:

1.一杯半的低筋麵粉 2.新鮮雞蛋六個 3.貳號砂糖五分之四杯 4.蘇打粉四分之一茶匙 5.鮮奶四分之一杯 6.沙拉油 7.乳瑪琳奶油酌量 8.香草粉四分之一茶匙

做法:

先把低筋麵粉、鹽、蘇打粉過篩備用,將六個蛋白打到呈細勻泡沫狀,再將砂糖加入攪拌,直到沒有顆粒為止,再把少量沙拉油及六個蛋黃加入,一起打勻,然後將篩過的材料加入,攪拌約三十秒。然後烤模上抹一層奶油,將蛋糊倒入,抹平。烤箱預熱二十分鐘,調到攝氏一百七十度,烤四十分鐘即完成。
