    看起來你是要寫履歷的職務內容

    較習慣國外寫法: 開頭用"很動作"的動詞, 並用過去式(因為敘述曾經做過什麼)

    參考看看, 我改了許多字

    *Administered letter and parcel delivery and tracking.

    *Handled acquisition of office and packaging supplies.

    *Helped out with lunch orders and office environment tidiness.

    *Managed petty cash account.

    *Updated and maintained company website information.

    *Answered calls and performed front desk reception.

    *Maintained inventory status for samples.

    *Repacked samples for shipment.

    *Communicated with warehouse staff and ensured physical count

    was done on a regular basis.

    *Prepared paper work for import/export declaration.

    *Performed sea/air freight inquiries.
