我於16 Oct 2012在amazon.uk網站上 購買了Britax B-Smart pushchair跟專用的Britax B-Smart raincover,在19 oct 收到raincover,但pushchair遲遲沒收到。而今天你們通知我,因為配合廠商pushchair缺貨故要片面取消訂單。

這樣Raincover對我就沒用了,所以我要將raincover退貨。但退貨卻要我自付運費我覺得����合理,因為Raincover退貨原因是因為你們片面取消pushchair訂單所導致,運費應該是你們吸收才合理。

    I have bought Britax B-Smart pushchair, as well as Britax B-Smart raincover on Oct. 16, 2012 from amazon.uk. I have received Britax B-Smart raincover on Oct. 19, 2012. However, I haven't received Britax B-Smart pushchair so far. Today, I am informed from you saying that you would like to cancle my order for Britax B-Smart pushchair because of out of stock.

    If so, Britax B-Smart Raincover will be not working for me as Britax B-Smart raincover should be working with Britax B-Smart pushchair. It is unreasonable that I have to pay the freight costs if I return Britax B-Smart raincover. The reason that I would like to return Britax B-Smart raincover is because Britax B-Smart pushchair is out of stock. You should pay the freight cost of returning for me.
