英文關代兩個動詞問題

He is the man who my mother is talking with him is my uncle .

後面帶出來的子句有兩個動詞 但不是只能有一個嗎?

還是他省略了甚麼??

還有這句也是~~

The book that is lying on the table is the one you asked to borrow

My uncle is the man whom my mother is talking with.
