I am sorry you are unhappy with the shipping. I have discussed this with the owner and we cannot pay for all the shipping. He has suggested we could pay half of the shipping. As you know, international shipping is very expensive and if we absorb the cost of shipping to all of our international customers, we will be out of business. L I had explained in my first email the zero shipping charges were in error. Since you did not comment, I thought you were in agreement to pay the shipping.

If you are willing to pay half the shipping, which is: $29.25, we will pay the other half. To be fair this was not either of our faults the cart was in error. As most of our customers know, it is only during special sales that we offer free shipping on international shipments.

We are happy to have your business and hope you will not cancel the order. I will wait to hear back from you if you will pay half of the shipping or if you would like your order cancelled.

    Hi,

    I was very pleased on my first shopping experience with you guys; however, there has been a misunderstanding on my second order. The shopping cart didn't display a correct shipping charge when I placed the order. It apparently wasn't my fault. I just hope it won't happen again since I plan to place more orders in the future.

    I would have to pay tax on any item over $100 USD when it goes through Taiwan custom and no doubt I want to avoid this.

    What I am thinking the solution is either cancel the order or ship to my friend's address in the states. It'd be better if you guys can ship to my friend in the states but please let me know how much the shipping is first.

    First, I admit that I really liked your company's product when I purchased my first order (Order No Is: 009250). This led to my second order (Order No Is: 009496).

    This error concerns the second order. I am shocked that there is problem in international shipping fee and mis-communication during this second purchase. This is not a mistake made on my end, and it may just be an accidental system error.

    To avoid any future misunderstanding, your company should examine the shopping cart system on your website and fix any potential problems regarding international shipping fees.

    The total value of my order as a parcel at the Taiwanese custom is worth over NT3000 (approx 100USD). The tax on this parcel is very high (because the total value of the parcel includes shipping fee). Needless to say, I would not like to be taxed on this order due to errors in shipping fee.

    So, I would like to resolve this issue by:

    1. Cancel my order (Order No Is: 009496)

    The cost of the package is more than 3000NT(about USD 100). The tax to be paid to Taiwan

    is a lot (item inside+shipping fee=the total price of the package.

    I wish I don't have to cover the tax.
