Side B is responsible for supplement or replacement if there is any missing or damage cause by Side B within 10 working days for Side A to be able of using these equipments

整個設備會在 An Thanh 公司打開，交給甲方。An Thanh 公司的地址是：軒城，巴地區 - 頭頓省，越南。打開時乙方的代表也要在場，交接的文件甲乙雙方代表都要簽字，各持一份。甲方在10個工作天內，假如發現設備少了某些零件，或有損壞，乙方就要負責補足，或者更換，直到甲方能用設備為止。
