幾句分詞構句的問題

這題答案是making 為什麼不是 made呢

然後他省略的連接詞是什麼 and嗎

分詞構句用Ving或Vpp的都有, 端看語意是主動或被動而定, 主動語意用Ving, 被動與易用Vpp.

本句本來是關係子句形式, 逗號以前的整個主要子句是先行詞, 關係子句是:

..... , which makes it one of the tallest log structures in the world.

which makes是主動語態(it是受詞, 後面全部是受詞補語), 所以減化為分詞構句就要用主動語意的making了.

此外, 光看到有受詞it, 就知道不能用被動的made了, 因為被動句的主詞就是邏輯上的受詞, 不能再有另一受詞it.
