Usually the definition of sexual harassment is about the same.
The only difference is procedures.
In the U.S., it is required to report the issue to a qualified government agency in order for you to do anything (even you choose to sue directly). It is not required in Taiwan.
Also - in the U.S., most sexual harassment will not result in criminal prosecution, but possible in Taiwan.
Finally - for the parties responsible for sexual harassment, they will usually required for a large sum of compensation to the victims without penalty from the government. It is not the case in Taiwan.
