    你質疑得對, to take應該去掉to才正確, 使役動詞受詞的主動動作必須用原式動詞.

    I think you mean causative instead of imperative because over 99% imperative sentences take "to".

    I agree with you, and the "let" in the posted sentence is of a causative usage, which doesn't take "to".

    This will depend upon how you use "let". If you use it in an imperative sentence (祈使句), then yes, you don't need "to". However, if you use it other than imperative sentence, then you will need to have "to", for example:

    Doctors used to let blood from people to lessen a fever. ("let" means "To permit to enter, proceed, or depart" (使流出; 讓...進入) )

    全句語意本來就不通順.不論你有沒有主動來與你的同僚保持聯絡,買獎券都是要靠運氣吧!If的這個子句 與他的主要子句 實在沒有關係吧!
