某公司(XXX)服務,其工作內容歸納如下:

I work at the XXX company and my working contents are as follows:

1.產品開發到量產:產品在開發初期參與試產並解決所看到的問題以及找出潛在問題。量產之後便著重在良率及重測率改善以提高產能。

Research & Development to Pilot run

Product in the beginning must be trialed and solved the potential problem. After trialing it is important to improve the yield and rerun rate of the production line to increase the production capacity.

2.連續式生產:改變原先的Layout及設備,將原先的批量式生產改為連續式生產,大幅提昇整體產出。XXX生產線本來為Batch式生產方式,不符合生產效益;經我與同事的重新規劃,將之改為流線型生產線,生產效率提升50%

Continuous production

Converting batch into continuous production can greatly raise the production capacity by modifying the original Layout and equipment. The production line of XXX originally designed for batch production, it will not be a benefit to the efficiency of production system; however, it raised up to 50% that I replan and redevelopment to transform it into a streamline form with my colleagues.

3.平衡率改善:平衡生產線的各個工作站,進而推廣到整個生產流程。設定生產線的工作標準,如人力,線速和產能等生產參數,如此可達到減少作業人員的等待,極大化生產效率並藉由瓶頸站的產能提升以得最大產能。

To improve the balance ratio

To balance the production line of each work station, popularize it to whole production processes. To set up the SOP of production factors, such as manpower, speed of production line, production capacity …and so on. It can achieve to reduce the operator’s waiting and maximize the production efficiency by improving the production capacity of bottleneck station.

4.整體生產週期時間改善:針對SMT、組裝以及包裝來改善整體生產所需時間,藉由與生管、製造、SMT人員溝通,縮短出貨所需時間。

Improve the Cycle Time of production

To be aimed at SMT、assembling and packing is to improve the time of production by communicating with production control、manufacture staff、 and SMT staff to reduce the required time.

    1. product development to volume production: product development early in production and to solve the problems and to identify potential problems. Production focuses on the rate of yield and test-retest after improvements to increase capacity.

    2. continuous production: changing the original Layout and equipment, and changes the original batch production and continuous production, a sharp rise in overall output. XXX production Batch-type production, did not meet the efficiency of production; the reprogramming, as my colleagues and I, will be replaced by sleek lines, 50%, productivity

    3. balancing rate improving: balancing individual workstations in the production line, which extended to the whole production process. Set the line standard, such as manpower, production parameters such as wire speed and capacity, thus reducing workers wait, maximizing production efficiency and by the bottleneck of production capacity increased to maximum capacity.

    4. the overall cycle time improvement: for SMT, Assembly, and packaging to improve overall time required for production, production control, manufacturing, SMT and through personnel, shorten the time required for shipping.
