"considering" means "taking everything into account" (各方面考慮起來)

    =各方面來看, 這些成就更是令人印象深刻

This MIGHT be just a portion of the a paragraph, or even a sentence. If there are more words after "considering", then it would mean "考慮到."

He did well considering his limitation.

If there is NO other words after "considering", then it is better to have " , " before considering as:

These accomplishments are even more impressive, considering.

    typo!

If there is NO other words …==> If there is NO word …

    Master Jim!

Not necessary! Sometimes, it can be used like that, but need " , "

    for example:

He didn't win, but he did very well, considering.

=He did well when you consider the situation or circumstances

Of course, this kind of use is INFORMAL. It is only when listeners can fully understand what the speaker says without using "objects" after "considering."

    2014-02-12 02:19:39 補充:

In my own application, I would use "objects" after "considering."

In spoken English, "considering" can be used as a sentence adverb at the end of a sentence to make a comment on the whole sentence or clause.

    He does very well, considering.

these accomplishments are even more impressive, considering.

    1.應該在considering前加逗號

    2.considering是分詞可當介詞用,這類有regarding,concerning-------,而本句是當副詞用,意思為"真實地",有語氣強調含意

例如: She is beautiful, considering=She is really beautiful.

It's very obvious that the sentence is incomplete.
