遺囑則是有法律效力的繼承權記錄,和遺囑認證記錄不一樣的是,除非這份遺囑在遺囑認證的過程中被引用,否則遺囑是個人保存的,就像其他的個人聲明一樣.
所以你必須決定,你要的是遺囑還是遺囑認證記錄.
