The answer is no.
If the applicant is not able to provide a high school diploma, then the following must be provided in lieu of the application:
1. AP/IB Diploma (not only exam scores);
2. Any examinations from a Commonwealth or similar system with passing scores; such as:
a. U.K.'s GCE A-Level and GCSE (iGCSE is not enough);
b. Hong Kong's HKCEE and HKALE, or HKDSE;
These are accepted as proof of completion as well.
Please note the following are never a proof regardless of the scores:
TOEFL, IELTS, SAT (any), ACT, SSAT, etc.
