想請問,我是加拿大公民

自2006年返回台灣後,就沒有報稅

也沒有申請non-resident,

想請問如果我今年開始在網路上報稅,

加拿大政府是否會開始查我前幾年的未申報的稅款?

No one can really estimate what CRA will do with you.

But what you say is possible.

As CRA allows qualified residents to become a non-resident for tax purpose, what you should do is see if you can make this retroactively to reduce your problem.

Also - penalty associated with failure to report may not be avoidable.
