You need to put these two words in a context to understand it. For example:
Disruptive school students have a negative influence on others. (搗亂的在校生對其他人造成負面影響。)
Disruptive school students should be taught separately. (愛搗亂的學生應單獨授課)

Master AP, I agree with your explanation above. After all, there are ONLY two words: "disruptive school". We really don't know the exact context it belongs. The way you have explained is good for the situation. As for me, I only translate what it means in the sentence I have made.

皖曦! You need to give us the entire sentence or even the paragraph in which you have found "disruptive school". After all, we are NOT the bugs in your tummy. We can ONLY guess what it might mean.

By the way, the "disruptive technology" in opinion #001 means "顛覆性技術" and the "disruptive school" in opinion #002 means "革新式學校". As you can see, the same word used in different context, it means so differently.

Disruptive school students have a negative influence on others. Students who are noisy and disobedient should be grouped together and taught separately. Do you agree or disagree?

在馬來西亞有Disruptive School, 是提供民眾實用課程(如電腦、商業、新興技術等)的學校, 取名Disruptive, 可能是為了與正統教育體系做區分.

I think Melon dude could be wrong on this.
The term "Disruptive", nowadays, is commonly used to describe
something that is so new and its introduction may totally change the status quo.
For example, disruptive technology is a new tech that will totally change the its current users.

A "disruptive school" is also used to describe a new "learning system" that breaks the mold of existing "edu system" to the degree that some conservatives may consider it, evil.
