Law terminology. Inquisitorial system.?
In the inquisitorial system, generally one judge pass verdicts on the cases. But sometimes a case is too complicated that one court will have three judges to listen in on the same case at the same time and they make a decision through voting. What does this process called?
And what do you call the "head" of those three judges? One judge has to be the main judge, and he/she would have slightly more power than the other two. What is he/she called and what about the other two?
