    Let me make it simple for you - TOEFL and IELTS only.

    TOEFL is basically the pioneer of all English tests.

    IELTS is for Commonwealth countries (countries with relationship with the U.K.) primarily.

    By the way - the format of TOEFL depends on the testing countries. So in Taiwan, TOEFL CBT is no longer offered (but iBT instead).
