我有參加 貴公司的旅遊,訂單編號是xxxx,但因為後來變更室友,所以上你們的網站重新訂了機票,訂單編號是xxx,新的室友也是你們的會員,但因為是我臨時邀請她來,所以我幫她重訂機票,但事後又在華航官網查詢到更便宜的價格,所以我利用了Price Pledge的機制申請退差價,但公司回覆我,搭乘使用機票者非會員本人,所以拒絕申請.我想請你們幫忙,因為我也有參與這一次的旅行,新室友也是貴公司的會員,是不是有其他補救的機會呢?或是可以讓我在 貴公司退掉機票,我另外在更便宜的網站去訂機票,非常期盼你們的回覆,並告訴我該怎麼作才能降低我的損失,謝謝!

but after that I changed my roommates, so I tried to re-booked a ticket on your website.The new order number is xxx.
My new roommate who is also your members. However , it is in temporary, I invited her to come , so I helped her re-booked my ticket, but afterwards in China Airlines network I found cheaper price, so I decide to take advantage of Price Pledge mechanisms apply to refund price difference, but the company replied to me, who take the ticket it is use non-member, refused to apply.
