    By consulting pioneering studies, we calculated the mean and standard deviation of the systolic pressure difference of the experiment group and control group at the time of pressing immediately, pressing after 15 minutes, and pressing after 30 minutes. We analyzed the data with the softward GPower ver3.1.2 (Faul, Erdfelder, Buchner, & Lang, 2009), and setted up the following parameters: t-test, Means:Difference between independent means(two groups), Two tail, α=0.05, Power(1-β)=0.8, case numbers needed. The timesets acquire 210, 60, 18 cases separately. Our research selects the result of pressing after 15 minutes, which needs roughly 60 cases. Considering an outflow rate of 20%, the total number of cases was added up to 80, both having 40 people in the two groups.
