to V...和V-ing..差在哪?甚麼時候用什麼?例如:remember此問題基本上不是三言兩語可以解釋完。
to V 是不定詞，Ving是分詞，to V 前之to 相當於in order to, to V是用來補充說明前面的動作，如I pull over my car to pick up my friends. I stop doing this to make everyone feel good.Ving分詞是用來補充說明某人事物所處的狀態, The man standing there is a police.
put on可以用wear代替嗎?
可以，兩者意思一様，只是用字的不同，如在同一段文字內，有不只一次”穿”的動作，就可以交替使用，如都只用其中一種寫法，將產生”繞口令”（一直重複某字眼）的感覺，對作文而言是不佳的。
at about是什麼意思?

這要看句子屬於何種結構。

例2 That girl is beautiful.
例1是一般動詞(met)的結構, 例2是be動詞(is)的結構。

Play computer 玩電腦 是中式的說法，英文上應是use computer, 要說play, 應是play game ，才這麼說。

如您此句的原意也是用be動詞形式，而以don’t be 來表示be的否定，如此也是錯的，be動詞的否定，不是don’t be ，是is not , are not.
