大學時期就讀中興大學電子系，在大一、二課程學習當中曾接觸 C++、Matlab 等軟體，從中學習到程式設計的基本概念及增進邏輯思考能力， 且由各類基礎學科中學習電子領域的基本概念。大三時，開始修習半導體元件、 半導體物理等校內課程，讓我逐步學習半導體材料、元件的相關知識，希望將來能夠從事相關方面的研究。 現今就讀於國立中央大學電機研究所，為增進自己半導體領域的相關知識，目前碩士班一年級期間也修習了半導體元件、固態工程、化合物半導體等相關課程，而目前的研究題目是關於 AlGaN/GaN HEMT (FET) 的元件製程與量測分析，向磊晶公司購買磊晶片，於中央大學微光電實驗室進行製程，最後透過半導體元件分析儀，量測元件的電性(Id-Vg、Id-Vd)，逆偏(Breakdown Voltage)，電容電壓量測(Capacitance-Voltage)及脈衝量測(pulse measurement)，探討元件的運作方式、其中的物理機制，並了解製程機台的操作原理。在求學的過程中，也接觸 EMPro、ADS等軟體學習電路、元件模型的建立及參數萃取。目前將擔任學校 HP4145B Semiconductor Analyzer 量測機台的儀器負責人，負責儀器的維護、 異常狀況的檢測及排除，也學習對負責事物應有的責任心。身為新鮮人，對於未來職場生涯充滿期待，同時也在不停的摸索、學習，期許自己能夠成為對公司及社會有所貢獻的工作者，確實完成自己被賦予的任務。

Family background and personality traits:
being born in Zhong Li Shi, my parents adopt an open-minded way for my education. they won't restrict what we want to learn, and they give us almost all the freedom to live the life we want. but of course, we have to pay the equivalent amount of effort to archive this. as I grow up, I love meeting new friends, and i also keep a serious and responsible manner towards things.
I majored in Electronics while studying in the Zhong Xing University, and I've been familiarising myself in software programmes such as C+, Matlab. I've gained a lot of basic concepts about the electronics world during these experiences, and have also earned a lot of knowledge and boosted my logical thinking through programming courses. In my third year in the university, I've began taking courses about semiconductors, which led to me knowing more about them, and it'd be a dream for me to indulge in the study on this topic. At the time being, I'm a student of Electronics Research in the ......university. To broaden my knowledge in the field of semiconductors, I'm now taking a course related to semiconductors, .........for my masters degree.
