摘要

本專題以美髮Salon經營之服務品質與顧客穩定策略為研究主題,希望透過研究探討在眾多美髮Salon經營之激烈競爭中,要具備什麼樣的服務品質才能夠吸引客戶與提高忠誠度,進而達到顧客穩定之策略為何。本研究主要先到各美髮沙龍進行觀察,再藉由訪談法訪談店家而取得研究相關資料進行分析整合。研究結果顯示,美髮Solon店越來越多,要在這麼多家的美髮店脫穎而出,就是要做出與其他店家不同的特色,這才是穩定顧客品質的好方法,因此,越貼近顧客內心的感受越能符合顧客所想要的服務品質,如此一來滿意度相對提高,當顧客滿意度高時,相對顧客穩定度就增加,因此,美髮Salon經營之服務品質與顧客穩定策略互為因果關聯。
