According to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Law Article 19 of Chapter III, commodity appreciation of seven days applies only to mail order and other special trading.

Consumers who bought the company's products to authorized dealers or counters after confirmation by both parties, does not accept returns and refund the difference.

Enjoy one-year warranty watch movement, human-caused damage without warranty within this range.

Within one year warranty, if the repair is not valid, replace with a new guarantee.

Warranty without appearance, strap, clasp, glass, lead, case.

Product failure or abnormal condition please go to the original place of purchase for repair or maintenance by the dealer to send the original, non-authorized dealer or other non-watch shop (row) or self-repair warranty service no excuse.

Guarantee provided by any non-authorized dealers, are irrelevant to this warranty.

This warranty does not include the following:

1. Battery life.

2. Normal wear and aging, metal strap / Case fade, leather off, plating off.

3. improper use or abuse of the responsibility entirely maintenance, negligence, accidents (collision, Zhongshuai, weight).

4. A person without license dismantling or non-authorized repair shop specializing in original condition changing product.

5. due to incorrect operation caused by damage to the product.

    根據台灣的消費者保護法第19條第3項,七日鑑賞期僅適用於郵購和其他特殊交易方式上。

    消費者購買了經由買賣雙方確認過後的公司產品後,就不接受退貨和退還差價。

    享有手錶機芯的一年保固期,人為造成的損壞則不在保固範圍之內。

    在一年保固期內,若無法維修,則會以新品替換。

    手錶外觀、錶帶、扣子、玻璃錶面、電池、外殼不在保固範圍內。

    產品若有瑕疵或失常的狀況請至原購買地點讓店家送至原廠進行維修或維護,無授權之商家或其他非鐘錶店(行)或自營維修保固服務不在本服務範圍內。

    由非授權之商家提供的保證聲明,與此保固聲明無關。

    本保固不包含下列事項:

    1. 電池壽命

    2. 一般性的磨損和老化、金屬錶帶 / 外殼褪色、皮革脫落、金屬鍍層脫落

    3. 不當使用或濫用全責維修服務,或是人為疏失、意外造成之損害 ( 碰撞、重摔 )

    4. 無相關證照之人士進行拆解或無授權之維修行提供的更換原廠產品服務

    5. 因不正確之操作造成的產品損壞
