感謝貴公司快速的回覆,

但是,

我還有另一個訂單,訂單號碼是xxxxxxx

從2016/12/28訂購到今天2017/01/24,也將近三十天,也同樣尚未收到,

會不會也是丟失了?!

為什麼訂單上我選擇追蹤運輸,貴公司卻以標準運輸出貨,

這一切讓我非常的擔心,也因此對貴公司失去了信心

能不能幫幫我,請問到底發生了什麼事情?!!!

    l made this order on 28/12/2016. But l have not received it until now - 24/1/2017. lt's already 30 days.

    Would it be lost ?

    Moreover, why is it that l had opted for tracking delivery, but your company just sent my goods to me by regular delivery ?

    All these worried me very much, and thereby l am losing confidence of your company as well.

    Can you help by telling me what has really happened ? ! ! !
