然後提出雙方都同意的解決方案,如果我的處理權限無法滿足客戶,

    In the first place, I would communicate with my customer to understand his needs.

    This would lead him to feel that he is being respected. Then, I would try to arrive at a solution that we would both agree on.

    If my way of dealing a problem can't satisfy my customer due to limited power, I would give him a clear reply and then seek help from my superior.

    Lastly, I would express my apology on the matter, giving thanks to my customer for his support, as well as promising to strive for improvement in future.
