Stay good shape and keep moderate weigh is proper for everyone.If we used right approach to lose weigh,we wold have a healthy body and wonderful mind.
There is some ways to losing weigh,it may distrube physical clock,go to bed before eleven p.m.Second,drink more water and eat more vegetable instead of eating meat,thrid,exercise minutes every day.
Healthy way can reach the purpose and avoid letting our body sick.Losing weigh should use right way and positive mind.That is, we can easily control ourselves to reach the purpose.

To stay good shape and keep fit are proper things for everyone.If we used right approach to keep fit then would have a healthy body and a sound mind. There are some ways to keep fit, firstly by keeping the normal routine daily habits; secondly, by eating more vegetables instead of meat; thirdly, by doing exercise at least half an hour every day. Because of that healthy ways which can prevent you from sickness besides healthy body and a sound mind. At last, keep fit should be done in the right way or under the guidance of professionals, so that can easily be done by ourselves to reach such goal. Yip
