請幫忙翻譯以下英文 要流暢和文法對 謝謝 這次入住executivesuite感覺很差 行政酒廊的前臺服務很差,臉很臭又高傲 我們是付錢來住,不是白吃白喝好嗎? 有必要用這種態度對客人嗎? 打電話向主管反應,只得到敷衍的道歉就沒了 處理客訴態度那麼隨便,根本不會想再入住?

    The staffs in check-in executive suite show very impolite, and the front desk of the executive lounge bar attendants are showing very contemptuous indifference.. The staffs' faces are showing very contempt and arrogant with their opinion. We are paying for the accomodation, not to eat and drink free of charge.Is it necessary to treat the guests-of-honor with this attitude expected ? Calling to the supervisor's response gets only a perfunctory(=routine duty without care) apology but without further care or action..Dealing complaints in this way of showing too little consideration will make guests-of-honor do not want to stay anymore .

    This was our unpleasant experience which let us felt being frustrated, while it was happened as the travelers to check-in the executive suite of so-called five star grade hotel;and then its staff was impolite with supercilious look and the same as bar attendant in its lounge. When we made a phone call about this matter to its manager and whose replied with apologized only and without any further action afterwards. In view of that, we won't want to rent it anymore. Yip
