    The order was supposed to be pay upon receive. Our staff misunderstood that that the payment was completed online and did not ask for the payment. Grateful if you could complete the bank transfer or provide the credit card details for payment. We apologise for the inconvenience and your prompt reply is much appreciated. Thank you.

    As regards to your order which was supposed to be paid accordingly, and that was mistaken to pay on line by my staff. In view of that, would you be kindly enough to pay by means of telegraphic transfer or credit card ? We are deeply apologized for causing any inconvenience and your prompt reply will be heartily appreciated. Thanks.
