求助~商用郵件, 英文翻譯?

我想請問假如客戶該付款的日子前一週還沒付款

於是我先提醒她付款截止日是幾號,請他安排付款

追到都已經逾期了

客戶才跟我說,負責的人休假要到月底才回來

也就是說要月底才能付款

但現在已經是逾期了,帳在月初的時候就已經先整理好明細給客戶了

我不太知道要怎麼跟客戶講

請幫我看以下內容恰不恰當, 幫我翻譯成英文好嗎? 謝謝

我們已經在7/2提供發票給你, 貨物也在七月時就已經到了

我們的財務人員無法接受因為貴公司人員請假而延誤付款

目前款項已經逾期了,請務必這週安排付款,謝謝

大概要這樣講,或者是有沒有更好的修飾可以請他這週付款完畢
