Are you asking an answer for this question OR do you wish to find the explanation of this sentence.
This writing is very poor. Surely non-English writing.
"miss home" in English = home sick 思鄉/家 ... contradict the next part...
"get off outside home" is Chinese sentence/thoughts走出屋外. I think it means "go out" or "take a break" or "step outside"...
"its can make...fell(跌倒)" is wrong grammar/sentence structure/spelling. I think it means "it can make you feel better"
Finally, the whole sentence is not a question, even though it start with "When". If it is a question, it should be "When do you...?" or "When will you...?"
So I guess your "?" means you ask the meaning of this "statement" in which my guess is that it is poorly written by a non-English writer just to tell you to "go out more" and " not just stay inside" even if you feel lonely. 不要呆在家中，多出外走走，心情便會舒暢。

You can make (two modal verbs) feel (verb) better by joggling(=fast walk or trot) home to save time and money.
