It is a Google security feature that locks tablets from use in case of being stolen.
You should check your Google accounts. If the tablet has ever associated with a Google account, the Google account will have the record of it. Then you will be able to tell which exact account you have used.
The other method is to bypass it, which may harm the tablet.
